Return unused items in their original box with all tags and accessories.

Gift cards, personal care items, and final sale products cannot be returned.

How to Request a Refund


Email support@flourishvillage.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and why you need a refund. We will send you a return label and simple steps.

Return Shipping Costs


If we sent the wrong or damaged item, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise you pay the shipping fee.

Processing Your Refund


When we get your return, we check it and issue your refund within five business days. You will get an email once we send your money back to your original payment method. No fuss. No wait.

Partial Refunds


If your return shows signs of use or is missing parts or accessories, we may offer a partial refund.

Missing Refunds


If you do not see your refund within seven days, check your bank first. Then email us if you still have questions.

Exchanges


To swap an item, return your original item first. Then place a new order or tell us what you want instead. We ship your new item once we receive your return.
